Refund Policy

Thank you for subscribing to MyTradeJ. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best service possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we are here to help.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

Refunds

Once a subscription fee is paid, it is generally non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access to premium features, we do not offer refunds or credits for subscription fees. This includes:

  • Partial months or years of service
  • Upgrade or downgrade refunds
  • Unused time remaining on a subscription
  • Lifetime plan purchases

Non-Returnable Items

All subscription plans for MyTradeJ (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) are digital services and are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and activated.

Service Failures & Billing Errors

In the unfortunate event of a major service failure or a significant billing error on our part, we may consider providing a refund. These cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the issue.

USDT Payments

Payments made via Binance USDT (BSC/BEP-20) are subject to manual verification. Once a USDT payment is verified and your subscription is activated, the payment is non-refundable. If your payment is not verified within 48 hours, please contact support immediately.

Processing Time

In the exceptional circumstances where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
